How to register as trade visitor to Pow Wow Berlin Brandenburg 2012?

If you did not participate in Pow Wow yet, you can register as new trade visitor on http://berlin-pow-wow.de/home/en/ . For this purpose please click under My Pow Wow on “trade visitors – new registrations” and “go to registration”. You will be forwarded to the registration form which - for a minimum - has to be filled in until the required blanks are completed (required fields are marked with a astral symbol). After finalisation please “send” the document. Then you will receive an forthcoming e-mail of confirmation.

In order to get to your questionnaire, please follow the link in your confirmation e-mail. Now you can complete your profile information; at the end you will be asked for your credit card details. Your credit card will solely be charged by the organisers according to the conditions of participation to Pow Wow Berlin Brandenburg 2012.
Included in these conditions is the payment claim of the regular participation fee after failing to meet the deadline of free-of-charge cancellation until the 13th of January 2012. After this date, the participation fee will be charged. In case of cancellation after the 30th of January, 2012, or not showing up (no show) at the event, we will retain the participation fee and additional administration costs – these conditions are valid for the trade visitor and i.a. his/her accompanying person.

When your completed questionnaire is submitted, you will receive a fax document. Please send us this document including your signature via fax to 0049/ 30/ 76 76 84 –29 or via e-mail to powwow@pcma.de. As soon as your data is qualified by the organisers, we will contact you via e-mail.

If you already participated in Pow Wow in recent years, please contact us under 0049/ 30 / 76 76 84 –0 or powwow@pcma.de and your previous user account will be reactivated.

When is my registration complete?

After filling in your online questionnaire, please send or fax us the signed confirmation document via email to powwow@pcma.de or via fax to 0049/ 30/ 76 76 84 –29. Please bear in mind that completing the registration process does not confirm your participation. Your profile need to be qualified by the organisers. Of course we will contact you directly after this process.

How does the qualification procedure work?

Our aim is to design Pow Wow Berlin Brandenburg 2012 in order to secure an event of high quality for all members. Thus the organisers TMB und VisitBerlin evaluate your profile information after you finished your registration and sent the confirmation document. This procedure maintains a professional and atmospheric event for the exhibitors and for you as trade visitor.

Why do I get an error message when registering?

Can I become a trade visitor when I am from Berlin or Brandenburg?

Yes, it is possible to visit the workshop of Pow Wow Berlin Brandenburg 2012 if you are not employed in a company or association which provides tourism services.

How much does it cost to be trade visitor at Pow Wow Berlin Brandenburg 2012 and which services are included?

The participation fee of 100,00 € excl. VAT comprises the following services:
-    Two overnight stays (03.02. - 05.02.2012) in a hotel in Berlin, breakfast
      included
-    Networking evening event in Berlin
-    One day of workshops with at least 8 appointments
-    Participation in one of the offered themed tours of your choice in Berlin
-    Evening event in Brandenburg
-    Optional – post tour to Brandenburg. If you choose the post tour including an
extra overnight stay to Brandenburg, you will be charged additional 50,00 €
      excl. VAT per person.
-    Food and Beverages during the official programme.

Can I announce an accompanying person?

With pleasure you can bring another person to Pow Wow Berlin Brandenburg 2012. An accompanying person (overnights only in the same double room as the trade visitor) will be charged with 100,00 € excl. VAT and can participate in all official programm items. Though the accompanying person is not obliged to participate. Joining the post tour to Brandenburg including an extra overnight stay will cost additional 50,00 € excl. VAT.

How to choose a theme tour in Berlin?

The selection of tours will be handled via your online profile. Prior to the event, the tours will be published online. As soon as the tours are available we will contact you via e-mail.

How do I book the tours to Brandenburg?

The post tours to Brandenburg are optional. At the beginning of the event, they will be published online as well and we will contact you as soon as this is possible. The post tours to Brandenburg including overnight stay are charged with 50,00 € excl. VAT per person.

Arrival / Departure

Owing to our mobility partner Deutsche Bahn AG we can exclusively offer you as trade visitor of Pow Wow Berlin Brandenburg 2012 a special ticket with more favorable conditions. Travelling first class for only 99,00 € or economy class/second class for 69,00 €. The ticket is valid for a journey there and back throughout Germany; regardless of which station.

In which hotel will I stay?

For Pow Wow Berlin Brandenburg 2012 you will stay in one of the selected hotels in Berlin. As soon as these hotels are fixed you can retrieve the information from our homepage. Due to logistic matters we will undertake the distribution after the period of registration. We willingly accept your desired choice of hotel but hope for your understanding if the realisation is not always possible.
